SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION
All orders are considered “pending” until the order is shipped. All shipping is handled either by U.S. Postal Service, Fed-Ex or by UPS depending on which carrier is deemed most economical by jodimurphy.net. US shipping charges generally range between $6.95 – $15.95, depending on the value of the products ordered, the weight and box size. Please see standard shipping rates below. Shipping within the United States may take 3-7 business days. All orders are shipped the day they are received unless the order is received after 2 p.m. Eastern standard time. In this case the orders will be shipping the following day.

Orders $100.00 – $149.99 Shipping – $13.50
Orders $150.00 & UP Shipping – $15.95
All International orders will be shipped through the U.S Postal Service Priority Mail, Fedex or UPS. Shipments may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on International processing. Please check Distributor page for a distributor in your country. Fedex shipping is available upon request for any order. We are not responsible for packages once they have left the United States. It is recommended that Fedex or UPS be used for items of high value. In the case that the actual shipping charges are significantly greater than the automatic charges applied you will be contacted to pay the difference. You credit card will not be charged until products are shipped.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, with the exception of the promotional DVDs, at no additional charge to the customer. Once the carrier leaves the package at the shipping address provided by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to secure the package. We are not responsible for missing shipments once they are confirmed to have been delivered.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping information is correct before checking out. Please check your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order.
If you receive your package and it is damaged or missing items please contact us immediately so that we can begin a claims process with the carrier. In all cases of claims all packaging must be retained until the issue has been resolved. All emails should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org so that the issue will be addressed in a timely manner.
