Starter Bundle Details
The Coat Tender is a safe, non-aggressive carding tool designed to remove loose coat, undercoat and coat that is at the end of its life cycle within the hair follicle. This book is almost 500 pages and will help you understand correct pattern placement with the use of real photos of real dogs! Also included is the large dog comb that you will see Jodi using in all of her Instructional videos measures 9 1/2” in length. The teeth are 3/16” apart on 7.75” of the comb. The remainder of the comb the teeth are fine, spacing 1/8” apart. The teeth are 1.50” long.
The Coat Tender is made in the USA and in this bundle you’ll get the super versatile Medium blade. This tool is designed with a high-quality stainless-steel carding blade to properly remove coat from shedding breeds. This patented design has an in-line flexible handle with a pre-set angled blade suitable for all skill levels.
MEDIUM: The medium blade can be used on coats that are short with medium density.
Terriers, Setters, Spaniels, Pugs, Labrador Retrievers and wire-coated breeds, and similar breeds have denser coats. The Medium Coat Tender would work best on these breeds and similar coat types.
